Changing a habit can be tough! It’s interesting how our brains create and hold onto habits, influenced by both our feelings and the world around us. Although it can be tough, with some focused effort, you can definitely do it! Students will learn the reasons behind why changing a habit can be hard, along with tips and tricks to lead them to success along the way.
