My name is Faith Shuckburgh, I am twenty-one years old. I work for the Stettler Family Resource Network, and I am a student in my fourth year of my Bachelor of Education. I’m here because I want to share my story of Anxiety, Depression, and Panic Disorder. I want to tell you this story because I want anyone struggling to know there is hope.

Through navigating the Covid-19 pandemic, moving to Southern Alberta, beginning university, and experiencing my first major familial loss, I have overcome tremendous obstacles. I know my pain has all held a purpose, and I am excited to share my story with you!
