Conquering Conflict
Wednesday March 5, 2025 10:00am - 11:00am MST
Conflict is a fact of life; we all face some measure of conflict throughout our lives, in schools, the community and even in our homes.  Dealing with conflict, or avoiding it, can have devastating effects, but learning to handle the issues, before they become overwhelming, is crucial to building strong and resilient relationships in all walks of life.

PMAST’s SuperPower Workshop is designed to introduce kids/youth to skills to help them learn to communicate better and become more comfortable handling issues they currently avoid and find stressful. This workshop is unlike those offered by other organizations which are designed for people wishing to become professional mediators/negotiators. We provide basic training and awareness of how people interact while learning strategies to develop their own superpowers to effectively manage conflict.
