About me
Our speaker today is Geoff Bykes, owner and founder of Candor Diversity Group. Coming from a background of supporting complex work-related disability claims, Geoff was diagnosed as being on the Autism Spectrum in 2018 which was a turning point in both his personal and professional life. Now, Geoff works with his wife & business partner Allana to break the stigma that surrounds those who identify as being Neurodiverse, and brings real world experience, tools and knowledge to help employers & employees understand, appreciate and accommodate each others needs.
