With various certifications in mental health and mindfulness education, Laurene is dedicated to supporting wellness as a teacher at Summit Trails Online High School. Through her business, Lean In, Sisters, she has created a community for women to connect, learn, thrive, and support one another in living their best lives.An abstract artist and fitness enthusiast, Laurene embraces yoga, meditation, breathwork, cold plunges, and hiking.
